PVC Leggins PVC leggings are a fashion statement itself. They are the definition of the exact place where fashion ends and where fetishism starts. They have always been widely criticised, but this hasn’t prevented the most style-conscious stars like Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham from wearing them.
