Salvatore Ferragamo is a fashion house, founded in Florence in 1927 by Salvatore Ferragamo himself. Ferragamo – as a shoe designer – dedicated his life on discovering the secret of perfect-fitted shoes. After his death in 1960, his wife Wanda took over the running of the business. The last two Salvatore Ferragamo collections were created by Cristina Ortiz.
